Shipping Limitations. When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have purchased an item from us and it does not live up to your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping), provided it meets the return criteria.

  • Product must be in original packaging and be in re-sellable condition. Any items returned that are not in their original, unopened packing, and are not in re-sellable condition will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.

  • Returns must include a copy of the original purchase receipt or packing slip (online only). There will be no refunds on any product without a valid receipt.

  • Special order items are returnable for store-credit only.

  • Refunds will be credited back in the same method of payment as the initial purchase.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for (but not limited to) the following items: product purchased on final sale, personalized items, gift cards, and Personal Care items
